Mission Statement of Before The Open House

My goal as a professional home stager is to provide my clients with the highest quality work at an affordable price. My clients will learn to trust me because I will be ethical in my profession and in my personal life. I will design a house to sell. My clients will know they can rely on me to get the job done and get it done right.

I will take the title of a “Professional” Home Stager very seriously. I will present myself as a professional in the way I dress and act. I will show I am confident and happy in my work by communicating with my clients in a professional manner. I will communicate in a professional manner but I will talk so my objectives are clear to my clients. I will keep myself organized to ensure I am on track with every project. I want my client to know I am there for them. I will provide them with a consultation and walk-through of their home to help them understand what needs to be done and for what purpose. I will take notes, videos and photographs to ensure my plans are accurate and the best possible solution to each problem area. It is important for my clients to have confidence in what will be done to their home. It is important for them to be informed on the projects and costs if we are to have a good relationship. I will take interest and address their concerns and they will have the final say on every project. I will stick to their budget and time line. I will not be there to invade their home and their privacy. I will be there to help.

A goal of mine as a professional home stager is to have my clients trust and respect to the point where they refer me to their friends, family and associates. I will have new clients calling me for help. I must provide my clients with results for this to happen. My clients will know that I care about them. My main goal with every client will be to get their home sold quickly and for top dollar.

I will constantly study what gets a house sold. I will attend classes and/or conferences to keep myself updated and informed. I will keep up with the latest trends in the different areas I work. I will work closely with local Realtors to insure I get the job done right. I will associate myself with high quality and ethical workers. I will ensure that my clients trust me and my associates so they feel completely comfortable.

I will be a professional in every manner. My clients will trust me and I will work to gain that trust. I will be in people’s homes and I will respect them and their wishes. I will provide my clients with results. I will get the job done so each client can “MOVE ON” with their life.
